Pembroke is seeking a passionate and dynamic Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis (0.65FTE) for six months, with the possibility of an increase in fraction depending on staffing needs. This is an exciting opportunity to bring energy and expertise into the classroom while covering a backfill position and making a meaningful impact on students’ learning journey.

About the Role
As a Middle School Mathematics Teacher, you will guide students through the wonder and challenge of Mathematics, helping them to build confidence and develop problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom. Your day-to-day will be about creating engaging lessons, encouraging inquiry, and fostering a supportive environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering engaging Mathematics lessons aligned to the Australian Curriculum.
- Assessing and reporting student progress with clarity and care.
- Encouraging problem-solving and inquiry-based approaches.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support faculty-wide learning initiatives.
- Contributing to the holistic Middle School experience through pastoral care and involvement in the wider School community.
